Your tasks
    You are responsible for the conception and planning of interdisciplinary communication campaigns. Writing social media posts (focus on Instagram and LinkedIn) is part of your daily business. You manage ad management in the Meta Business Suite. You work closely with graphics to develop the best content pieces together. The implementation of social media/online communication measures is in your hands, as is the maintenance of our agency website. You research current topics and can then create editorial plans (internal and external). The topic of “influencer marketing” is your responsibility and you are the first point of contact for influencer campaigns. You proactively advise our customers and also take care of their further development. Your tasks will also include writing mailings and specialist articles. As a social media professional, you have extensive knowledge, recognize new trends and are brave enough to take new paths.

 

You support your team and your customers with advice and support and always act on an equal footing, because for you and us, true communication is not just a job, but an attitude.


Your qualifications
    You have completed training as a marketing communications clerk or an equivalent degree in marketing, journalism, communication sciences or public relations. Further training in the areas of social media management or content management can also be helpful. You are used to cross-media thinking and have curiosity and a desire for challenges. You have a strong personality, work with passion for your customers and can inspire and convince those around you. You have very good written and spoken German skills and are fluent in English. You are experienced in using MS Office. You have high communication and contact skills as well as a hands-on mentality.
